GOAL

The scope of this project focused on usability testing and workflow assessment of the Albertsons Benefits Platform. The objective was to receive feedback on whether the platform, functionality, and design met the user's needs. We focused on two workflows in Albertsons Benefits Platform experience; usability testing and Oracle platform workflow assessment.

Users weren't able to find the tasks or answers they were looking for in the portal.

There was no resources or help documents available if users hit a roadblock

Usaility Testing

Our team conducted usability testing for an insurance benefits platform. I took notes by hand and organized them based on pain points, opportunities, body language, quotes and questions. This was done for each individual task and test user.

After conducting user interviews we also performed heuristic evaluations and manual accessibility testing.

The conclusion of this project was a full research readout deck that highlighted all of the usability findings compared with the professional review. The product team also received a recap of recommendations prioritized by feasibility and practicality.
