About The Team
A team of IBMers worked with Albertsons on a new employee benefits solution in the development phase. We focused on usability testing for the Oracle HCM platform and conducting a workflow assessment.

Usability Testing
Our team conducted usability testing for an insurance benefits platform. I took notes by hand and organized them based on pain points, opportunities, body language, quotes and questions.
Notes from the sessions were recorded and synthesized in Miro. This process was completed for each task and user.
Heuristic Evaluation
After conducting user interviews we also performed heuristic evaluations and manual accessibility testing.

Four UX Researchers graded each screen using predetermined credentials based on industry usability and design standards.
Conclusion
The conclusion of this project was a full research readout deck that highlighted all of the usability findings compared to the professional review. The product team also received a recap of recommendations prioritized by feasibility and practicality.
