PAIN POINTS

1. Time

Many entrepreneurs and new business owners are experts in their own fields. It is hard to find time to manage social and web when you are running a business alone or with limited team members.

2. Marketing Knowledge

Although many users are familiar with social media, oftentimes they aren't fully aware of how their free channels can help them bring in income or customer awareness.

3. Creativity

Having the time and knowledge is one thing, but creativity is an entirely different animal. It can be hard to know what content to create and what will trend on social media.

USER JOURNEY MAP

Joel's user journey shows that having channels connected to one place that can also produce templates would create a better user experience.

Daphne's user journey shows us that having a completely automated posting process would benefit when users don't have time to create and post content.

VALUE PROPOSITION

- Pre-schedule media content

- Generate content based on industry

- Store assets for auto-posting

- Connect all channels in one pla

Users need to be able to create content to be posted at a later date, which saves time when working throughout the week. When they don't have time to post, the app should also generate a post based on the user's schedule and goals.

Users no longer have to manage multiple social media channels. Our app can optimize all content based on channels and provides a content preview.

ACCESSIBILITY

I am updating the current wireframes for optimized accessibility. I am doing this by adding more iconography in the mobile and web versions, and creating a more visible hierarchy with the typography.

NEXT STEPS

I am currently missing the page that shows what it looks like when content is generated by AI. This is currently being added and will be in the next version of user testing in February 2022. It is important that this page is active in the mockup since it is a main value proposition.
